SENTENCES. SHE WOULD START HER SENTENCE THEN RESTART
ANOTHER ONE. SHE WAS VERY PARANOID ACTING.
A. I HAVE ARRESTED OTHER PEOPLE FOR BEING UNDER THE
INFLUENCE OF METHAMPHETAMINE AND OTHER DRUGS.    
I HAD ALSO INTERVIEWED HER IN THE PAST.
I HAVE HAD CONTACT WITH HER.

A. IT WAS TO TAKE A REPORT OF A BURGLARY.

A. I WAS UNABLE TO FIND IT.

A. I LOOKED — SHE SAID THAT IT HAD BEEN ON HER BED.
I LOOKED ON HER BED, IT WASN'T THERE. THEN SHE SAID
THAT THEY PUT IT IN A BOX, IT WAS UNDER THE TRAILER.
I LOOKED UNDERNEATH THE TRAILER. THERE WAS NO BOXES OR
PILLOW CASE.
Q. DID YOU ACTUALLY GO UNDER THE TRAILER?
A. I KNELT DOWN AT THE TRAILER, WAS ABLE TO LOOK
UNDERNEATH ASSISTED BY MY FLASHLIGHT.
Q. HOW LONG WAS THIS TRAILER?
A.I BELIEVE THAT IT IS 60 FEET, I BELIEVE.
Q. AND WHAT LOCATION DID YOU POSITION YOURSELF WHEN YOU
LOOKED UNDER THE TRAILER?
A. ABOUT FIVE DIFFERENT POSITIONS.
Q. YOU COULDN'T FIND ANYTHING THERE?
A. NO.

Kerry Lyn Dalton was wrongfully convicted: based on the testimony of a co-defendant & disreputable hearsay, there is no physical evidence and no common sense evidence. Please look further at this blog for more information.

This case ended with NO BODY - NO WEAPON - NO BLOOD; the evidence table was empty- There were NO FORENSICS evidence to support the drug induced stories even though
the elite task force conducted 3 searches.

There are many comments that have been written to this blog--I appreciate the opportunity to answer your inquiries.

I want to answer each the best I can and will then post yours along with my reply.

I just watched the portion of the episode with Kerry's case -- I have to say I am stunned !! And so upset by the brazen lying faces of  ex-prosecutor Dusek and investigator Cooksey !!!
They presented, endorsed and gave info to that program that were lies.
The forensics woman couldn't have had any opinion because there WERE NO FORENSICS. NO EVIDENCE. NO BODY. NO BLOOD NO WEAPONS. (the scene they showed would make you wonder why after 3 searches of the alleged crime scene no evidence was found - you suppose tweakers can fool the Task Force? They also forgot to mention the very night of the alleged murder  Deputy Sheriff  David Wilson was on the premises and spent 18 minutes looking throughout the home, because the resident, Joann Fedor, had reported a burglary).
The psychologist could only base her "professional" opinion on what Dusek and Cooskey told her.
Since they were on the case and have the trial transcripts - those men should know the details at least as well as me - what they told you were lies.


I will digest this horror of a tale and then reply to your comments first, then figure out how to tell you what is fact, what is documented, what we do know and don't know - according to the truth, and back it with references.

Think of questions you may want to ask me.
Think about how you cannot find ANY INFO on this case out there. Call the San Diego Superior Courthouse and request a copy of the trial - it's been "missing". If perhaps they have "found" it, you can read for yourself the truth. I have the entire copy - I've studied the real case - not the act Dusek & Cooksey put on to cover their asses. (you can find some articles in the archives of San Diego Union Tribune & LA Times - look back in 1991-95. They will tell you the quotes from Prosecutors theories and Cooksey's hearsay - no facts or proof. But very little details, an LA Times article does reveal "No Body" at one point.)

If I didn't know and believe in Kerry's innocence I would have no reason to write this blog.
In a way, the show has been good for us - people are asking about the case - now we can share the TRUTH!!

Finding the Truth

Does anyone really believe everything they see on screen? Is anyone naïve enough to think the truth is what “entertainment” is after? I don’t think so, I have faith people think for themselves and look into stories they see or hear, before making judgments themselves.

I have not seen the Deadly Women series yet, I do not have cable, and will be looking for the recent release of their rendition of my sister's case. I found out about it last spring, but couldn't get info on the content. Though I've seen a few clips of their other "shows" and was disappointed in the sensationalizing of violence. I also know what is printed after convictions is not always the TRUTH. Though it can be called legal because once a U.S. jury decides a case, it is then "legally true".
What about all the cases you can refer to that were over-turned and proven wrong? Whether it be DNA, or recanted testimonies, etc; it is only logical for a person to consider some of the horrible reports made of crimes that end up not true. (Please visit Innocence Project, Amnesty International, Equal Justice USA, Center for Wrongful Convictions, Death Penalty Info Center, to see they are over worked with cases the system has wrongfully convicted. Each has more than they can get to.)

I know what I know-
Ever consider why isn't there more out there to read about this case? Why is it so hard to get any facts? There aren't any facts. You can't even track down a trial transcript if you wanted to...
Thank God I got a copy right after the trial.
I was there for the accusations, I was there for the so-called "evidence", I was there for the entire trial.
I know this was a fabrication. A horrific, hurtful scam.

To the comment about the Jillian article:  Thank you for sharing info with me, I have had that article in my resources for many years, and there is a link to it on this blog (a commenter who dissagrees with me submitted it and I published it for them.)  Jillian is Ms May's eldest child, she did not interview Kerry. The author of that article interviewed Jillian about her feelings after she watched the Joan Lunden interview of Kerry. Again thank you for passing on any info about the case, if you find more, I'd appreciate seeing it.
