As we continue our fight for my sister's exoneration, we are challenged by false information released as "unbiased" journalism. A & E recently released a series of stories about women on Death Row, with their claim they were simply providing the "facts", and were not attempting to lead their audience to any conclusions. Their premise was to show the affects of a Death Sentence on not only the condemned but the families of the victims and the families of the condemned.
As of this moment, I have NOT watched the other episodes, but I DID carefully watch their episode featuring my sister. Therefore I am re posting actual testimony from the actual trial; something A &E forgot to look into, or include in their alleged "factual" representation.
I have provided testimony from Mr. Robert May (former husband of alleged victim Irene May) and the testimony of Deputy Sheriff David Wilson. Both testimonies are offered to impeach both Bobby May's TV story and Joanne Fedor/Brachio story. Both told different tales than their testimonies. For Ms Fedor, it is simplest to read a reliable source to show she was lying to A & E.
Deputy Wilson was an upstanding law enforcement who came to her trailer the very evening she claims this crime occurred. You can read for yourself his findings contradict EVERYTHING Fedor claimed.
As for Bobby May, I have no idea what motivated him to tell a new tale to A & E, but you can read that he obviously told the opposite to the court, and more than once. He first testified in 1992, stating he believed Irene (AKA Melanie or Melody) May ran away with another man, and swore he had a conversation with her in mid to late July 1988, where he could not convince her to come back to him. The D.A. tried to convince Bobby to say what he wanted, since he did not, Bobby was then arrested after he left the stand. 2 and 1/2 years later, he was brought to court again. Again he was NOT giving the prosecution what they wanted, not even when they offered to cut his sentence in return.
It is a shame, and I am disappointed, that a reputable company like A &E would NOT do due diligence before publishing their so-called factual pieces (documentary). It was not difficult for them to access the truth because I OFFERED them my copy of the transcripts.
Because of this latest false representation of my sister's case I have received violent, belligerent, ranting emails and texts. Please educate yourselves people; don't believe everything you see, that's too easy. If you want to know more, simply ask me, I'll be happy to answer your questions.
