This was the 21 year mark for when Kerry was sentenced to death for a crime that has never even been proven to happened. She still waits for her 1st State level appeal.

156 people have been exonerated from death rows in the U.S.A. - mistakes do happen! Purposeful actions to gain a conviction happen also.
These 156 are the lucky ones to have their convictions overturned - some have been executed before the truth came out (these innocents spent many many years stuck in a system that doesn't work ; most 15 plus years, many 18 - 30 years even!)
A few have even had a second or third trial convict them again before finally receiving relief and freedom. This shows how difficult it can be to get the truth to prevail after a conviction.
I continue to challenge the public to think rationally: Kerry's case should never even have gone to trial:
NO body,
NO blood,
NO weapon,
NO forensics at all,
NO crime scene...
Consider the facts, look into the case and FACTS.
A lot of false information was spread, a trial of hearsay evidence, snitches gaining favors, and false reports of confessions given to the press by law enforcement is all this case was built on. Every law enforcement who testified at the trial admitted there was absolutely no physical evidence of a murder - or even any other crime.
The alleged victim was NOT EVEN DECLARED DECEASED during Kerry Lyn's trial - nearly 6 1/2 years after the alleged incident.

We have no forensics to test, or to examine. But, we have an abundance of facts of perjury, favors given, recanted testimony, and more. Our system promises an appeal - yet Kerry Lyn has never even had her first level appeal reviewed.
Give Kerry her day in court, we ask the CA Supreme Court to review her appeal which has been waiting, fully briefed, since 2009.

Let me start by saying this my wife of nearly 15 is very sensitive to energies she is not a psychic Or a telepath she is what you would call an impath ,this what some call a gift hasnt always been easy on her me our kids or our marriage , this is when one takes on the feelings and somtimes the memories of others , sometimes living or deceased,in my wifes case her biggest occurrence. Has been in our homes when someone has this ability ,and doesnt understand it it can wreak. Havok in your life
And its taken her years to come into her own and be able to seperate these memories and feelings from her own and id say she is at the best possible place with this ability one can ever be at this current time
Thru the years me and my wife have resided many places including several 150+year old victorian houses in new england ,with that kind of age many things will of happened in a home , that leaves an energy that remains with a place ,and she has hit the nail on the head unintentionally Wherever weve been were bad things had happened in the pastunintentionall from A murder From over 100 year ago on an old farm house to a living homeowner who rented us her home whose husband was extremely Abusive to the point where 15 years after her divorce this lady did not like even walking Into this home, (this almost cost our marriage living in this house)
I know this is a bit much of a diatribe but im trying to give a little back history here on my wifes ability or gift/curse it has been both
Now here it is here i know this to be absolutely true without hessitation or a doubt in my mind that there was not ever a gruesome torture murder in this trailer or in lot 25 period as far as the impath activity goes with my wife , from my observation since living here it has been very peacfull and serene with virtually no energy of anything bad taking place in this trailer EVER maybe some trailer park drama tweekers and other nonsense but no gruesome murder if it happened here she would of felt it within 48hrs of living here gauranteed
Even myself i have not any gifts abilities ti speak of. But dont even get the hair standing up on the back of my neck feeling that i get when theres a bad energy
I know this will be looked at as ridiculous by many ,but those whom understand this maybe will help them form a better opinon of kerri dalton
